This off-plan development consists of 16 semi-detached villas with 3 bedrooms each, located in the Seghers area of Estepona on the Costa del Sol. Each villa has multiple terraces, a private pool, a solarium and a basement. Construction is expected to start Q1 2026 and complete Q1 2028. The layout is open-plan, with the living room, dining area and kitchen forming a single connected space on the ground floor, extending directly to the main terrace and pool. Floor-to-ceiling windows run throughout, bringing in natural light from every angle.
The complex includes communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens with subtropical and native plant species, served by an integrated irrigation and lighting system. Residents also have access to a spa area, a fully equipped gym and a multi-purpose room. Location
The villas sit in Seghers, one of Estepona's most established residential areas, within walking distance of the beach. The historic centre of Estepona is 5 minutes away by car, Marbella is 25 minutes, and both Málaga and Gibraltar airports are reachable in under 45 minutes. Several golf courses are nearby, including Valle Romano Golf and Estepona Golf. Estepona Marina is also a short drive away.
