This off-plan development consists of 50 apartments located in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, set within a private gated community with direct access to the beach. The apartments are spread across several floors, each with large terraces and panoramic sea views. Penthouse apartments include a private sun deck. Every apartment also features its own private saline-chlorinated pool. The development sits on the hills above Estepona, close to La Resina Golf & Country Club and within easy reach of Los Granados Beach. Estepona's historic centre is 5 minutes by car, Marbella is a short drive away, and both Málaga and Gibraltar airports are reachable in under 45 minutes. The A7 motorway provides quick access to the wider Costa del Sol.
