Hillside Apartments with Sea Views
This development has 59 apartments spread across four buildings, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. Every apartment has a terrace with sea views. The buildings sit on a hillside and face the sea, so all apartments look towards the Mediterranean with nothing blocking the view. Each apartment includes a parking space and a storage room. Sizes range from one-bedroom apartments to large penthouses. Delivery is planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The development covers 20,000 square metres of land, with only 3,000 square metres built. This leaves large landscaped and natural communal areas. The infinity pool is the central feature, with purification through saline electrolysis and a non-slip deck. Around it are a gym, a relaxation area, and a coworking social area. Communal gardens spread over the grounds, and there are walking paths through the vegetation. The interiors are not visible from the access streets, which gives residents privacy.
Each apartment has underfloor heating and a fully fitted kitchen with a quartz resin countertop and Siemens or similar appliances. Floors are large-format 100x100 cm porcelain stoneware, continuous between inside and outside. Bathrooms have porcelain stoneware tiling, walk-in showers, and a double basin. Terraces have lift-and-slide aluminium doors in the living room and double-glazed glass with solar control. The reinforced entrance door has a 3-point lock. Wardrobes are fitted, and there is a home automation system controlling lighting, climate, underfloor heating, and blinds from a mobile phone.
Location
The development sits on a hillside in Mijas, between Málaga and Marbella, an area with more than 300 days of sun a year. The sea is 5 minutes away by car, and Fuengirola is 10 minutes. Marbella is 25 minutes away, and Málaga, its airport, and the high-speed train station are around 20 to 30 minutes away. Several golf courses are close by. The site is next to a migratory bird route, and tall trees have been planted to support local wildlife.

Yes — there are no restrictions on foreign nationals buying property in Spain. You'll need an NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero), which we can help you obtain through our recommended legal team. The process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
A Spanish bank account makes the process smoother and is required if you're taking a Spanish mortgage. For cash purchases it's strongly recommended but not strictly mandatory. We work with banks that open accounts for non-residents, including remotely.
For new-build properties in Andalucía, budget approximately 12–14% on top of the purchase price. This covers 10% VAT, 1.2% stamp duty, plus notary, registry, and legal fees. Use the cost calculator on this page for a personalised estimate.
Yes. Short-term holiday rentals in Andalucía require a tourist licence from the Junta de Andalucía. Our advisors can connect you with a rental management company who handles licensing, bookings, and maintenance — making it hands-off from wherever you live.
Under Spanish law, all off-plan payments must be protected by a bank guarantee. If the developer fails to complete, you are legally entitled to a full refund including interest. Your independent lawyer will verify this guarantee before any money changes hands.
Strongly recommended. An independent lawyer reviews contracts, verifies planning permissions, checks for outstanding debts on the property, and represents your interests throughout. We work with experienced English-speaking lawyers on the Costa del Sol and can make an introduction.
