A development of 45 detached villas with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Usable areas range from about 86 to 105 m², and built areas from 111 to 133 m². Each villa has a private garden, a private plot, covered and uncovered terraces, and one garage space. The villas offer sea views and a quiet setting. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2028.
