The development includes 151 apartments split between two buildings on a 22,000 sqm plot. Building 1 has two floors with 40 apartments featuring 2 or 3 bedrooms; ground-floor units include a 35 sqm basement that can be customized into a gym, entertainment room, or extra living space. Building 2 has four floors with 111 apartments, including duplex penthouses with a private 8 sqm pool. Layouts are flexible and can be adjusted. Completion is expected by the end of 2028.

The development sits in Manilva, a coastal town in the province of Málaga on the Costa del Sol. The historic centre of Estepona is around 15 minutes away by car, Marbella is reachable in roughly 35 minutes, and Málaga Airport is about 1 hour away.
