1-4 Beds·1-2 Baths·71-191 m²·12-133 m² terrace
This development has 3 blocks with 151 apartments of 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms, plus a powder room on units of 3 bedrooms or more. Built sizes run from 70.89 to 206.04 m², with terraces of 11 to 124 m². Prices range from €435,000 to €1,360,000. Most units face south, southeast, east or north, and some terraces wrap around the block. Each block has a glass roof over a central open space. Penthouses include a private solarium. One block has a public museum on its first floor. Three commercial spaces are also available. The project sells in one phase, with construction starting in June and delivery in summer 2028.
Residents have a 35-metre outdoor pool with sea views, around 450 m² in total, and an optional jacuzzi for middle floor apartments. The gym is 150 m² built and includes toilets and showers. A 70 m² co-working space comes with two meeting rooms and is delivered with electronics installed. The garage has 175 spaces, with 1 parking space and 1 storage room per apartment, and 2 parking spaces for penthouses. Storage rooms measure 6 to 10 m². Every parking space has pre-installation for an electric car charger. Landscaped gardens sit between the blocks. The development is next to a protected Roman archaeological site, so there is no construction risk on that side.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge and dishwasher included, plus built-in wardrobes. Floors are porcelain stoneware inside and non-slip ceramic on terraces. Living rooms and bedrooms with terrace access have floor-to-ceiling windows. Window frames are thermal break aluminium or high-quality PVC, with double glazing. Hot water runs on an aerothermal heat pump. Layouts are open-plan, joining the living room, dining area and kitchen. Every apartment includes a video doorbell and smart entry lock. Buyers can request layout changes before construction reaches that stage.

The answers international buyers ask most, before you commit. We work for you, not the developer, and it costs you nothing.
Yes, our service is free for you. The developers pay our fee, but we're not tied to any one of them. This means we can offer you every new build on the market without pushing one over another. The price is the same whether or not you use us. We are aware of every new build on the coast, we vet the developers, and we tell you honestly which ones are reliable.
This essentially never happens, since by Spanish law, every payment you make before completion must be protected by a bank guarantee or insurance (aval bancario or seguro de caución), issued in your name for your exact payments. We, together with a trusted lawyer, will always check that this guarantee exists before you pay anything.
You pay a reservation deposit, then staged payments during construction, then the remaining amount at the notary on completion. Each stage payment is covered by the bank guarantee. We will always confirm the bank guarantee is present at every stage, so your money is secured the whole way.
Yes, and it is common. You get a Spanish tax number (NIE) and appoint a trusted lawyer, whom we can recommend. With your approval, the lawyer can sign everything for you using a power of attorney. So you can complete the whole purchase from abroad. We arrange viewings in person or by video, and we coordinate the lawyer, notary and developer for you. The lawyer is independent. They work for you, not for us or the developer.
A new build has VAT (IVA) 10% plus stamp duty (AJD, 1.2% in Andalucia). A resale property has a transfer tax (ITP, 7%) instead. On top you pay notary, land registry, and legal fees. Budget roughly 12 to 14% above the price. You'll have the full breakdown in writing from your lawyer.
Delays are common, so we give you realistic timelines, not optimistic ones. The contract sets a completion date with a grace period, and your bank guarantee keeps protecting your money the whole time. A delay can give you the right to a full refund with interest. We keep you updated through construction.
During handover, we help you do a defect check and make sure the developer fixes everything. Spanish law then covers you for 1 year on finishes, 3 years on installations, and 10 years on the structure (seguro decenal). You are not left alone with problems after you move in.
In most areas, you can rent short-term with a tourist licence registered with the Junta de Andalucía, though now some communities restrict it. We give you an honest view of how rentable a specific property is, and flag where a licence may not be available. Because we manage rentals for our clients ourselves, we're always honest about the income you can earn.
