We hebben kopers van over de hele wereld geholpen om het juiste pand aan de Costa del Sol te kopen.
Fuengirola is one of the Costa del Sol's most complete year-round towns: a long promenade, a wide beach, a marina, and a level of everyday amenity — shops, schools, healthcare and a direct train line to Málaga and the airport — that makes it as practical for permanent living as for holidays. It's densely built and largely apartment-focused, which keeps entry prices comparatively accessible and rental demand high.
Buyers are drawn to Fuengirola for convenience and liquidity: frontline and near-beach apartments let easily, and the town's infrastructure means you rarely need a car. Newer developments around El Higuerón and the outskirts add a more contemporary, view-led option to the established town-centre stock.

Fuengirola works all year: the seafront paseo runs for kilometres, the marina and Sohail castle anchor the south end, and the Cercanías train makes Málaga and the airport a simple 30-minute ride without driving. It's a favourite with families and full-time residents for exactly that walkable, well-connected rhythm.
Very much so. Fuengirola has a large permanent population, full amenities, international schools and a direct train line to Málaga, which makes it one of the easier towns on the coast to live in without a car.
Fuengirola is predominantly an apartment market, from established town-centre blocks to newer view-led developments on the outskirts. Villas are more limited and tend to sit in the surrounding hills.
