We have helped buyers from around the world buy the right property on the Costa del Sol.
Sotogrande is one of Europe's most exclusive residential resorts, set just over the border into Cádiz province at the western end of the Costa del Sol. Master-planned in the 1960s, it is built around world-class golf (Valderrama and La Reserva among them), a large marina, polo fields and one of Spain's leading international schools. The result is a private, low-density community of substantial villas and quality apartments that feels a world apart from the busier resorts to the east.
Buyers here are typically families and golf or polo enthusiasts looking for space, privacy and security rather than nightlife. Sotogrande divides into distinct zones: the leafy, established Sotogrande Costa near the marina, the elevated Sotogrande Alto around the golf, and the newer La Reserva district higher up.
