Life in Marbella revolves around the sea, the golf course and the plaza. The Old Town's orange-tree squares sit minutes from the Golden Mile's beach clubs; Puerto Banús delivers the marina scene; and the surrounding hills offer privacy and views. Four international airports are within reach, with Málaga just 40 minutes away, and more than a dozen golf courses lie within a short drive.
Marbella has one of the most liquid and internationally recognised property markets on the Costa del Sol, supported by year-round tourism, strong rental demand and mature infrastructure. That combination has historically made it more resilient than less-established resort markets, though as with any purchase you should focus on location, build quality and price per square metre.

Málaga–Costa del Sol airport is roughly a 40-minute drive along the AP-7/A-7. Gibraltar airport is around an hour to the west, giving Marbella two convenient international gateways.
